PRODUCTION SERVICES

Strenia’s production process enables the production of components or complete machines as well as the provision of special production services. It includes all phases from cutting and material preparation, joining and welding, heavy machining, final assembly to anti-corrosion protection (painting).

Our professional and experienced team manages powerful processing machines and other technological equipment. We can weld product components of up to 30 tonnes, manufacture products weighing up to 20 tonnes and 18 metres in length, and assemble products of up to 70 tonnes.

Cutting

- Automated and CNC plasma cutting; plate thickness from 3 up to 250 mm
- Hydraulic plate shears; plate thickness up to 10 mm
- Sawing profiles up to 300 mm

Preliminary treatment of sheet metal
